I am soooo excited to be offering a WROGA (writing and yoga) Summer Course at my favourite yogastudio, my home away from home, Yoga Moves in Utrecht. I will be offering three workshops there, the first on August 7:  ‘First Thought, Best Thought’: developing trust and intuition through writing, secondly on August 14: Writing with the Body (Guest appearance by my dear friend and superb yoga teacher Hilary Brown!) and finally on August 21: Befriending your Inner Critic through Writing. It means sentence, meaning (or purpose) and lust.
